KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
Conduct monthly inventories of distribution materials to ensure all items are available and prepared for each cycle.
\nCoordinate with community leaders to recruit manual labor for truck off\u2011loading and ration preparation at distribution sites.
\nTrain camp staff on beneficiary registration procedures and required documentation.
\nSupport training of laborers on proper commodity off\u2011loading practices at distribution points.
\nOrganize and participate in post\u2011distribution discussions with beneficiaries and community leaders after each cycle.
\nHelp maintain and verify the beneficiary registration database, ensuring complete and accurate records through cross\u2011checking mechanisms.
\nAssist in receiving commodities and conducting monthly physical inventories.
\nOversee the reception of food commodities, verifying quantities against dispatch waybills.
\nEnsure commodities are properly stacked and stored in the warehouse.
\nEnsure all commodity tracking documents\u2014such as stack cards and warehouse ledgers\u2014are accurately completed.

About You
\nEDUCATION \/ EXPERIENCE NEEDED<\/p>\n
BA degree in Nutrition, Development Studies, Economics, or related field.
\n3 \u2013 4 years related work experience
\nMust have accounting background with cash handling.
\nLANGUAGE<\/p>\n
Proficiency in English and Amharic
\nKnowledge of the regional language required
\nKnowledge of any other national language is a plus
