Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Case Management: Identify, assess, and manage cases of individuals at risk. Develop and implement individualized care\/action plans. Provide referrals to appropriate services (health, legal, psychosocial, shelter).
\nPsychosocial Support: Offer counseling and emotional support to survivors and vulnerable individuals. Facilitate group sessions and community-based psychosocial activities.
\nProtection Monitoring & Advocacy: Monitor protection risks in communities and report concerns. Advocate for the rights and needs of survivors and vulnerable groups. Work closely with local authorities, task forces, and service providers.
\nCapacity Building & Awareness: Conduct awareness sessions on protection, GBV, child rights, and related issues. Support training for community volunteers, committees, and stakeholders.
\nCoordination & Networking: Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and community-based organizations. Participate in protection cluster\/task force meetings.
\nDocumentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate case files and ensure confidentiality. Prepare regular reports on activities, challenges, and outcomes.

\nQualifications & Skills<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in social work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
\nMinimum 2\u20133 years of experience in social work, protection, or humanitarian programs.
\nStrong knowledge of protection principles, GBV, child protection, and human rights.
\nExcellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
