About the Job
\nPurpose of the Job:<\/p>\n
Installation, troubleshoot, repair, maintain of production machinery, safety checking of power and control system maintenance as well as related components and provides guidance of daily production activities and perform routine and emergency maintenance of production machines to keeping machine efficiency and improve productivity to achievement of the company\u2019s business goals and objectives.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Designing, installation, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems of industrial machineries.
\nProvide emergency\/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service whenever necessary
\nDeveloping, reviewing, updating and modifying electrical systems.
\nPreparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.
\nRefer to equipment manuals and standard operating procedures to perform required maintenance and service.
\nDiagnose electrical problems, replace, or repair parts, electrical wiring, or fixtures, test and adjust.
\nPerform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities as per pre-set schedules
\nCollaborate with other mechanics and electricians during the installation, refurbishment, and periodic preventive maintenance of production machineries
\nKeep records\/Maintain Activity logs
\nConduct periodic debriefing and assist to machine operators about the proper use, electrical safety, and light maintenance of machines
\nFollow up and report to immediate supervises for supply of maintenance tools and materials
\nOperate production machines whenever necessary following immediate supervisor\u2019s order
\nComply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
\nPerform all other duties as assigned or needed.
\nMaintain Food safety policy and GMP in the assigned area.
\nEnsure the ISO standard implementation in the company.
\nPerforms other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
\nThe job holder is responsible to follow all SOPs and safety protocols of the company while doing his\/her job.
\nAttend monthly regular team meetings and share thoughts and ideas with colleagues.
\nImplementing and respecting all tasks in compliance with standards and respecting all the set parameters by the system.
\nKeeping records and documentations in compliance with the standards.
\nPerform any other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

\nEducation:<\/p>\n
BSC Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
\nExperience:<\/p>\n
4 Years of Work Experience in Electro Mechanical or related
