Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Lead the full planning, design, setup, and commissioning of a new concrete batching plant.
\nManage the overall operations of the batching plant, including production, quality control, safety, and maintenance.
\nEnsure the plant meets daily concrete production targets while maintaining high quality and cost efficiency.
\nOversee raw material procurement and inventory management.
\nLead and supervise plant staff, including operators, technicians, and support personnel.
\nImplement and enforce safety, environmental, and quality standards.
\nMonitor plant performance and prepare regular operational and financial reports.
\nCoordinate closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to meet supply requirements.
\nDevelop and execute preventive maintenance programs for plant machinery.
\nDrive process improvements and implement operational best practices.
\nRecruit and train key plant personnel, operators, and technical staff.
\nIdentify customers and lead sales and marketing activities.

\nQualifications and Requirements<\/p>\n
BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; or a BA Degree in Management.
\nMinimum of 8 years of experience in batching plant operations or concrete production, including at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
