Key\u00a0Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Lead the administration of construction contracts and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
\nReview and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
\nManage and evaluate variation orders, claims, and extension of time (EOT) requests.
\nPrepare, review, and certify interim payment certificates and final accounts.
\nMonitor project progress in relation to contractual schedules and milestones.
\nProvide contractual advice and guidance to project teams and management.
\nCoordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders on contract-related matters.
\nMaintain proper documentation of all contractual correspondence, notices, and records.
\nEnsure proper implementation of FIDIC or other applicable contract conditions.
\nIdentify contractual risks and recommend mitigation measures.
\nSupport procurement processes, including tender evaluation and contract negotiation.
\nPrepare periodic reports on contract performance, claims status, and project costs.

\nAbout You
\nBachelor\u2019s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master\u2019s degree is an advantage).
\nMinimum 8\u201310 years of relevant professional experience in contract management for construction or infrastructure projects.
\nStrong knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions and construction contract administration.
\nProven experience in claims analysis, variation management, and cost control.
\nAbility to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contractual documents.
\nProficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and contract\/project management software.
\nStrong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
