Main Responsibility & Duties<\/p>\n
A Project Storekeeper manages site inventory, including receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing materials for projects. They are responsible for keeping accurate inventory records, maintaining warehouse safety, performing regular stock checks, and preventing material loss or damage to ensure uninterrupted project progress.<\/p>\n
Receiving vendor supplies, checking materials against purchase orders for quality, quantity, and specifications.
\nOrganizing storage, maintaining bin cards\/databases, and ensuring accurate documentation of receipts and issues.
\nIssuing materials based on authorized indents or project schedules.
\nConducting regular physical stock audits and reporting shortages or damages.
\nMaintaining a clean, safe, and organized storehouse according to safety regulations.
\nSubmitting regular inventory reports and facilitating audit procedures
\nTo take appropriate action for care and preservation of the materials.
\nPeriodical stock verification and always ensure correctness of stock.
\nTo take safety measure for the safely by store house, materials and men working in store.
\nTo maintain the neat and tidiness of store house.
\nTo issue materials to the departments as per the indents.
\nTo issue materials to departments as per the schedule.
\nTo pass the bills of the materials received from supplier and send it on-time to Accounts department for payment.
\nTo act for disposal of scraps materials as per the procedure.
\nTo maintain all the documents up to data.
\nAbout You
\nEducational Qualification: – BA\u00a0Degree in logistic and supply Management, Material Management, Accounting and Finance and Related Field of study.<\/p>\n
Work\u00a0Experiences: – 5 years and above, from these at least 2 years in Construction project store keeper positions.<\/p>\n
Technical Competency<\/p>\n
Track record in managing business organization preferably in Construction industry
\nExcellent knowledge of Ware House Management
\nBasic Computer Skills
