The Business Trainer and Coach is responsible for preparing training syllabi and training materials in business creation, business planning, investment, and management. The role focuses on building the next generation of investors.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Identifies needs based on observable gaps among the youth to be part of the next-generation investors.
\nDesigns training curriculum.
\nPrepares training materials using a competency-based learning (CBL) framework in generating business ideas, business planning, investment, and business management.
\nConducts training based on the action learning method.
\nEvaluates training outcomes and recommends improvements.
\nCoaches would be investors (investment advice and guidance).
\nPerformance Metrics (Non-Negotiable):<\/p>\n

Training syllabi prepared and materials compiled.
\nNumber of trainees coached and managed to get a clear idea of what to invest in.
\nNumber of trainees coached to complete writing their business plans.
\nNumber of business cases that secured investment finance.
\nNumber of training hours conducted.
\nPre- and post-training outcomes.
\nParticipants\u2019 evaluation.
\nDocumentation of training reports.

\nRequired Profile:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Has a second degree in economics, finance, business management, or related disciplines.
\nHas at least five years of relevant experience preparing training syllabi and materials, delivering business training, and advising and coaching youth.
\nHas strong communication and training delivery skills in action learning methods in both Amharic and English languages.
\nHas credible experience in a competency-based learning framework.
\nHas a practical understanding of investors’ interests and conducts related due diligence.
\nIs resilient, disciplined, and target driven.
