for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government officials, healthcare providers, and community leaders, to ensure effective collaboration and project implementation<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with organizational policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and support project staff, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality project results<\/li>\n<li>Collect, analyze, and report project data, using insights to inform project decisions and improve project outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Represent the organization in external meetings, workshops, and conferences, promoting our mission and values, and building partnerships to advance NCD prevention and control efforts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Public Health, Nursing, Medicine, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the health sector, with a focus on NCDs<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of successful project management, including project planning, implementation, and evaluation<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of the Ethiopian healthcare system, including national policies, strategies, and regulations related to NCDs<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability
