Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Lead and manage daily operations of all F&B outlets including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service
\nEnsure exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction
\nDevelop and implement creative menus, promotions, and marketing strategies
\nMonitor financial performance, control costs, and maximize profitability
\nRecruit, train, and motivate F&B staff to deliver excellent service
\nMaintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
\nCollaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations
\nAnalyze customer feedback and implement improvements
\nUphold the brand\u2019s standards and policies
\nAbout You
\nHotel Management degree or Hospitality degree.
\nProven three years\u2019 and above experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role in a Star Rated Hotel
\nStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
\nExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
\nKnowledge of financial management and budgeting
