Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Marketing Strategy:\u00a0Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals
\nBrand Development:\u00a0Build a strong and consistent company brand
\nDigital Marketing:\u00a0Lead social media, online campaigns, and digital presence
\nCampaign Management:\u00a0Manage property launches and promotional campaigns
\nPerformance Tracking:\u00a0Establish and monitor marketing KPIs (leads, conversions, ROI)
\nMarket Research:\u00a0Analyze trends, competitors, and customer insights
\nCollaboration:\u00a0Work closely with Sales and Construction teams
\nAbout You
\nBachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing or Business (MBA is a plus)
\n5+ years marketing experience (real estate preferred)
\nStrong digital marketing and analytics skills
\nCreative and data-driven mindset
