Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0Strategic Leadership:\u00a0Develop and implement sales policies, growth plans, and revenue strategies to achieve organizational targets.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0Business Unit Oversight:\u00a0Coordinate and lead sales activities across specialized divisions, including Software, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0Customer Success & Retention:\u00a0Oversee the full customer lifecycle\u2014from acquisition and onboarding to long-term retention and loyalty initiatives.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0Bid & Proposal Management:\u00a0Lead the end-to-end bid process, ensuring all proposals are competitive, compliant with national standards, and aligned with company goals.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0Performance Analytics:\u00a0Collect and analyze sales data, market trends, and KPIs (volume, satisfaction, and cash flow) to provide actionable insights.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0Partner & Vendor Relations:\u00a0Manage partnerships with vendors and distributors, and optimize pricing structures to balance market competitiveness with company profitability.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0Team Development:\u00a0Provide mentorship and direction to sales managers; coordinate training programs and evaluate staff performance against KPIs.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0Reporting & Technology:\u00a0Implement and manage CRM systems and modern reporting tools (Excel\/Dashboards) to provide weekly and quarterly updates to executive management.<\/p>\n

\nAcademic Qualification<\/p>\n
A minimum of a MA\/MBA\/BA in Sales, Marketing Management\/Management\/related field.
\nExperience<\/p>\n
