Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0Financial Management& Oversight:\u00a0Provide strategic financial advice to executive management; develop cost-optimization strategies, conduct financial risk assessments, and provide technical mentorship to the finance team.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0Shared Financial Administration:\u00a0Harmonize financial operations across different business units to ensure resource efficiency and adherence to corporate financial policies.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0Share Capital & Equity Management:\u00a0Maintain precise records of member contributions; actively track and facilitate the collection of\u00a0unpaid\/outstanding shares.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0Payroll Administration:\u00a0Oversee the complete payroll cycle, ensuring accurate calculation of compensation and timely filing of statutory deductions (Pension and Income Tax).<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0Financial Reporting & Audit:\u00a0Prepare high-quality financial statements under\u00a0IFRS; manage tax compliance (VAT, WHT, etc.), and lead the year-end external audit process.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0Budgeting & Treasury Management:\u00a0Formulate budgets, monitor variance, and manage liquidity and cash flow to support the company\u2019s operational and strategic goals.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0Compliance & Audit:\u00a0Ensure timely tax filings (VAT, WHT, etc.) and lead year-end closing and external audit coordination.<\/p>\n
