An Office Machine Maintenance Technician installs, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, and computers to minimize downtime.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Setting up new office equipment and ensuring proper integration.
\nPerforming regular cleaning, lubrication, and check-ups on machines (printers, copiers, faxes).
\nDiagnosing faults and repairing electrical\/mechanical problems on-site or in a workshop.
\nCollaborate with production teams to improve machine performance.
\nRespond quickly to emergency repair needs.
\nMaintaining accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and parts replaced.
\nProviding technical support and training users on proper equipment usage.<\/p>\n
About You
\nDiploma, TVET Level IV, or certificate in Electronics, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
\nMinimum 2-4years\u2019 experience.
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
\nNumber Required: 4
