Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate inventory records using Bin Cards, ERP systems, or manual tracking tools.
\nConduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
\nInspect incoming materials and verify compliance with purchase orders.
\nManage proper storage, organization, and arrangement of warehouse space.
\nEnsure safe handling and storage conditions for all goods.
\nPrepare documentation for incoming and outgoing inventory.
\nDispatch items using FIFO method (using stock tagging date of receipt and quantity)
\nReport stock shortages, damages, and inventory status to finance and management teams.
\nMaintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security to prevent theft or loss.
\nArchive completed bid documents for future reference.<\/p>\n
About You
\nQualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Diploma or level\/BA Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
\nMinimum 4\/2 years\u2019 experience.
\nExperience in Microsoft Office.
