Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, bread, and desserts
\nDecorate pastries and desserts in an attractive and appealing manner
\nEnsure all food is prepared according to standard recipes and quality standards
\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work area
\nMonitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients when needed
\nFollow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
\nWork efficiently to meet customer demand and deadlines

\nMinimum Requirements<\/p>\n
Education:\u00a0Minimum 10th grade completed
\nExperience:\u00a0At least 2 years of relevant work experience in pastry or baking
\nTraining:\u00a0Minimum 10 months of food preparation training specialty in pastry &bakery
\nSkills Required<\/p>\n
Good communication skills
\nBasic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
\nCreativity and attention to detail
\nAbility to work under pressure
\nTime management and organizational skills
