Support direct sales activities for commercial property offerings
\nEngage prospective clients and respond to inquiries under supervision
\nAssist with property presentations and site visits
\nGenerate own leads and follow up on company generated leads from marketing and tele sales teams.
\nMaintain accurate client records and sales documentation
\nSupport transaction coordination and handover processes
\nBuild foundational knowledge of commercial real estate products and market dynamics
\nJunior Sales Representatives receive structured lead support and on-the-job guidance to strengthen sales capability and performance discipline.

\nQualifications & Requirements<\/p>\n
At least 6 months and less than 2 years of cumulative sales experience (Cross-industry sales experience acceptable)
\nBachelor\u2019s Degree (BA) in any field from a recognized institution
\nStrong direct sales and deal-closing capability
\nEffective negotiation and persuasion skills
\nProfessional written and verbal communication
\nAbility to manage sales pipelines and meet defined targets
\nHigh level of discipline, accountability, and time management
