Objective
\nThe objective of this call is to establish a 12-month framework agreement to provide efficient delivery and document dispatch services to ensure timely and safe delivery of documents, packages, and other goods to various locations.<\/p>\n
2. Scope of Services<\/p>\n
The selected service provider will be responsible for delivering:<\/p>\n
Dispatch and deliver to specified recipients within agreed timelines.
\nCollect documents from designated locations.
\nProvide tracking and status updates.
\nHandle all deliveries with confidentiality and care.
\nObtain proof of delivery .
\nMaintain records of all dispatch and delivery activities
\n3. Service Requirements<\/p>\n
Safely deliver within specified time frames
\nCoverage of designated geographical area (Addis Ababa).
\nUse of secure packaging and handling procedures.
\nCompliance with organizational policies and legal requirements
\n4. Duration of Contract<\/p>\n
The agreement will be valid for 12 months, with clear and competitive pricing and possibility of renewal based on performance
\n5. Eligibility Criteria<\/p>\n
Interested bidders must:<\/p>\n
Be a legally registered entity with a valid business license
\nHave a minimum of 2year experience on Delivery & Document Dispatch Services
\nDemonstrate adequate capacity and qualified personnel
\nProvide references from at least 2\u20133 reputable organizations
