Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Sales Accounting<\/p>\n
Record daily sales transactions (cash, credit, wholesale, retail)
\nPrepare and issue invoices for customers and distributors
\nReconcile sales reports with cash\/receipts
\nMonitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
\nAnalyze sales trends for different product categories
\nInventory \/ Stock Management<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate stock records of the products
\nTrack stock movement across the shop (incoming, outgoing, damaged goods)
\nPerform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
\nMonitor minimum stock levels and alert for reordering
\nCoordinate with shops, warehouse\/store staff on stock handling
\nCosting & Profitability<\/p>\n
Calculate cost of goods sold (COGS) for the products
\nTrack purchase costs, transportation, and handling expenses
\nAnalyze profit margins by product type or customer segment
\nSupport pricing decisions based on cost and market trends
\nSales analysis & Reporting<\/p>\n
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports
\nPerform Sales & shop stock analysis and reporting
\nProvide management with insights on slow-moving or fast-selling items
\nCompliance & Documentation<\/p>\n
Ensure all sales and stock records comply with accounting standards and tax regulations
\nMaintain proper documentation for audits (invoices, delivery notes, receipts)
\nSystem & Process Management<\/p>\n
Use ERP systems
\nImprove processes for tracking inventory and sales efficiency
\nEnsure accurate data entry and system updates

\nQualification and Skills<\/p>\n
Education:-<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance.
\nExperiance :-<\/p>\n
2+ years experience in sales accounting or inventory accounting (preferably in retail\/wholesale goods)
\nStrong understanding of inventory management and accounting principles
\nProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
