Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ensure accurate bookkeeping and compliance with Ethiopian tax regulations
\nPrepare and file tax submissions and support during audits (as required)
\nMaintain regular follow-up and visits to tax and government offices
\nPrepare financial reports and financial analysis
\nWork with accounting tools\/software and maintain organized financial records
\nHandle payments and support processes with banks, maintaining strong relationships
\nSupport the GM with finance-related tasks and administrative follow-ups
\nProvide clear communication to management and relevant stakeholders
\nPrepare and handle employee payroll and commission payments Required Qualifications & Skills
\nAbout You
\nDegree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
\n3-5 years related experience
\nStrong understanding of Ethiopian tax laws
\nFamiliarity with accounting tools\/software (peachtree\/Excel\/ERP\u2026\u2026)
\nExcellent communication skills and professionalism
\nAbility to build and maintain good relationships with banks
\nWillingness to visit tax and government offices regularly
\nGood instruction, organization, and strong sense of teamwork Personal Traits
