\nOversee all financial activities within the district, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with department heads and management to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts for the district. Ensure that budgets align with organizational goals and financial targets.<\/p>\n
Prepare financial reports, statements, and presentations for district management and corporate headquarters. Conduct regular financial analysis to provide insights into business performance.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards. Implement internal controls and risk management procedures to safeguard assets and prevent financial irregularities.<\/p>\n
Lead and supervise the district finance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.<\/p>\n
Coordinate and facilitate external and internal financial audits for the district. Collaborate with auditors to provide the necessary documentation and address any audit findings.<\/p>\n
Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency within the district without compromising on quality or service levels.<\/p>\n
Monitor and manage the district’s cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs while maximizing returns on idle funds.<\/p>\n
