Office Supplies and Property Administration<br \/>\n\u2022 Store and distribute consumable office supplies as assigned by the Program &amp; Admin Assistant.<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor and manage office supplies inventory.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain records of office property and consumables.<br \/>\n\u2022 Support asset tagging and tracking under supervision.<br \/>\n\u2022 Report stock shortages and initiate replenishment requests.<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations.<br \/>\n\u2022 Perform other related duties as assigned.<br \/>\nB. Messenger and Logistical Support<br \/>\n\u2022 Collect and deliver office supplies, and official documents within and outside the office as assigned.<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide support in scanning, filing and handling documents as required.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist with photocopying, printing, and binding documents as needed.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist in organizing meetings and events (room setup, materials arrangement).<br \/>\nC. Hospitality Services<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare and serve tea and coffee for staff and guests during meetings and official events.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of kitchen and pantry areas.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies.<br \/>\nD. Office Cleaning and Maintenance<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure daily cleaning of office premises, including offices, meeting rooms, corridors, and restrooms using<br \/>\nappropriate detergents and equipment.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain the cleanliness of furniture, equipment, and office facilities.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure proper waste collection and disposal.<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor and report maintenance needs.<br \/>\n\u2022 Polish windows, doors, fixtures, fittings, and other similar objects.<br \/>\n2.
