A. Planning & Strategy<\/p>\n
Develop annual and periodic local purchasing plans aligned with organizational needs
\nPrepare procurement budgets and cost-saving strategies
\nConduct market research and supplier analysis
\nEstablish sourcing strategies for local materials and services
\nB. Purchasing Operations<\/p>\n
Oversee processing of purchase requisitions and purchase orders
\nEnsure timely procurement of required goods and services
\nMonitor delivery schedules and resolve procurement delays
\nEnsure compliance with procurement procedures and policies
\nC. Supplier Management<\/p>\n
Identify, evaluate, and select reliable local suppliers
\nLead supplier negotiations for price, quality, and delivery terms
\nDevelop and maintain supplier database
\nMonitor supplier performance and manage vendor relationships
\nD. Cost Control & Compliance<\/p>\n
Ensure cost-effective procurement practices
\nImplement internal controls to prevent procurement risks and fraud
\nEnsure compliance with organizational procurement policies and regulations
\nSupport audit activities and respond to findings
\nE. Coordination & Communication<\/p>\n
Coordinate with user departments for requirement clarification
\nWork closely with finance, warehouse, and logistics units
\nProvide procurement status reports to management
\nFacilitate cross-functional procurement meetings
\nF. Leadership & Supervision<\/p>\n
Lead and supervise local purchasing staff
\nAssign duties and evaluate employee performance
\nProvide coaching and training to team members
\nImprove division efficiency and workflow

6\u20138 years relevant procurement experience
