regularly and securely.<br \/>\nMaintain IT inventory and asset records.<br \/>\nSupport meeting room IT setup (projectors, screens, video calls).<br \/>\nEnsure basic cybersecurity practices are followed across devices.<br \/>\nCoordinate with external IT service providers when needed.<br \/>\nPerform routine system checks and preventive maintenance.<br \/>\nManage IT-related technical problems<br \/>\nAssist in the development, updating, and maintenance of the organization\u2019s website.<br \/>\nUpload and update website content (news, reports, photos, announcements).<br \/>\nMonitor website performance and ensure it is functioning properly.<br \/>\nTroubleshoot basic website issues and coordinate with developers\/hosting providers when necessary.<br \/>\nEnsure website security, backups, and domain\/hosting renewals.<br \/>\nSupport improvements to website design, user experience, and functionality.<br \/>\n<strong>Skills and Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.<br \/>\nGood communication and user support skills.<br \/>\nAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks.<br \/>\nGood record-keeping and documentation ability.<br \/>\nAttention to detail and quick response to technical issues.<br \/>\nSalary\u00a0\u2013 Gross salary of 10,000 ETB<\/p>\n<p>Performance Indicators (KPIs)<\/p>\n<p>Timely resolution of IT issues.<br \/>\nSystem uptime and reliability.<br \/>\nProper maintenance of IT equipment and records.<br \/>\nStaff satisfaction with IT support.<br \/>\nAbout You<br \/>\n<strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.<br \/>\nMinimum 1 year of experience in IT support or technician role.<br \/>\nBasic knowledge of website development tools (e.g., WordPress or similar CMS, HTML\/CSS is an advantage).<br \/>\nKnowledge of computer hardware, networking, and common software applications.<br \/>\nFamiliarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, antivirus, and email systems.<br \/>\nBasic understanding of networking (LAN, routers, switches, internet
