Safeguarding Children and Program Participants (Safeguarding) and Gender Equality and Inclusion (GEI)<\/p>\n
Understands and puts into practice the responsibilities under Safeguarding and GEI policies and Plan International\u2019s Code of Conduct (CoC), ensuring that concerns are reported and managed per the appropriate procedures.
\nEnsures that all staff in the unit\/function\/department are properly inducted on and understand their role in upholding Plan International\u2019s safeguarding and GEI policies;
\nEnsures that Plan International\u2019s global policies for Safeguarding Children and Young People and Gender Equality and Inclusion are fully embedded in day-to-day work.
\nEnsures that Plan Ethiopia contributes to Plan International\u2019s global efforts to ensure safeguarding and GEI, including making sure that relevant reporting and data are submitted.
\nAbout You
\nB.E.\/BA \/MA degree in Education, Community Development, Psychology, Social Sciences, rural development and related fields
\n5+ years of relevant experience out of which 3 years successful project coordination skills
\nSound analytical and problem-solving capability; ability to influence others’ behaviour through effective relationship building; thorough relevant policies, frameworks, etc.
\nMobilizing as well as facilitating training
\nBudget planning and management
\nPartnership and networking
\nQualifications\/ experience desirable:<\/p>\n
Experience in project coordination
\nLanguages required:<\/p>\n
