Manage end-to-end lottery prize claim and payment processes
\nVerify winning tickets and ensure authenticity
\nOversee high-value prize approvals and ensure proper authorization levels
\nProcess and monitor timely prize payments
\nConduct\u00a0KYC verification\u00a0and ensure complete, accurate documentation
\nMaintain secure and organized records of all claims and payments
\nEnsure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
\nPrepare for and support internal and external audits
\nManage and track claims using ticketing\/case management systems
\nHandle incidents, disputes, and escalations related to prize claims
\nInvestigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
\nCoordinate with retail agents, branches, and distribution channels
\nProvide guidance and training to retail teams on claim procedures
\nMonitor and improve operational processes for efficiency and accuracy
\nDevelop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
\nAnalyze claim trends and identify risks or irregularities
\nCollaborate with finance, legal, and compliance teams
\nEnsure confidentiality and data protection of customer information
\nSupport system improvements and digital process enhancements<\/p>\n
About You
\nRequirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field
\nMinimum 8 years of relevant experience\u00a0in operations, finance, or lottery\/gaming industry
\nStrong experience in compliance, KYC, and documentation processes
\nProven experience managing high-value transactions and approvals
\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
\nHigh level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to
