\/>\nBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through regular outlet visits, customer development, and CRM activities.<br \/>\nMonitor market positioning versus competitors, identify gaps and opportunities, and propose corrective actions.<br \/>\nEnsure efficient and timely product distribution, proper after-sales service, and effective handling of customer complaints.<br \/>\nEnsure agents and distributors operate in line with company operational, pricing, stock, and RTM standards.<br \/>\nCoach, mentor, motivate, and support Sales Executives and agent staff to improve performance and capability.<br \/>\nEnsure full and timely execution of promotional activities and submission of all required reports and documentation.<br \/>\nMaintain high visibility in the market by spending maximum time in trade and engaging directly with customers and consumers.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements in all sales and marketing activities.<br \/>\nManage and safeguard company assets, ensuring proper utilization and availability of sales tools and materials.<br \/>\nPrepare and submit periodic, seasonal, and performance reports with analysis, insights, and recommendations.<br \/>\nWork closely with internal teams, agents, and distributors to ensure alignment and operational excellence.<br \/>\nAbout You<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, Marketing management, or a related field.<br \/>\nProven success in previous sales role.<br \/>\nMinimum of 4 years of relevant experience in FMCG company<br \/>\nCommitment to continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and conferences.<br \/>\nOutstanding communication and presentation skills.<br \/>\nDemonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence customers and team members<br \/>\nExcellent negotiation skills.<br \/>\nStrong decision-making
