of sick children using the IMNCI protocol, immunization (EPI), Vitamin A supplementation, deworming, and Growth Monitoring and Promotion (GMP).<br \/>\nConduct routine screening of\u202funder-five children, pregnant women, and lactating women\u202ffor acute malnutrition, common illnesses, and other life-threatening conditions, and implement Essential Nutrition Actions (ENAs).<br \/>\nIdentify\u202fand manage children with acute malnutrition\u202fin accordance with\u202fthe\u202fnational CMAM guideline, including referral and linkage to OTP and SC services as\u202fappropriate.<br \/>\nEnsure regular nutritional screening and\u202ftimely\u202freferral of complicated and emergency cases beyond the team\u2019s capacity to the nearest health centre or establishment, and functional strengthening of MHNT operational sites, including support to nearby health posts.<br \/>\nProvide a support package to health posts, including service delivery support, HEWs\u2019 capacity building on recording and reporting, active case search, model household training, supply management, and cold chain management.<br \/>\nConduct regular monitoring and supportive supervision visits to supported health posts and ensure quality service delivery.<br \/>\nEnsure the MHNT is adequately equipped with essential drugs, medical supplies, nutrition commodities, and cold
