Ensure the factory complies with national SHE regulations and company policies.
\nFollow up on all licensing, certification, and regulatory renewals.
\nEnsure the availability and functionality of safety and emergency equipment.
\nConduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments across all work areas.
\nIdentify hazards and implement corrective actions.
\nPromote a culture of health, safety, and environmental awareness among all staff.
\nCoordinate and support emergency responses for workplace incidents.
\nEnsure emergency drills are planned and executed regularly.
\nReport and investigate workplace accidents and incidents promptly.
\nMonitor and manage the issuance and usage of PPE for all employees and visitors.
\nMaintain a minimum stock level of PPEs.
\nEnsure proper training on PPE use.
\nSupport hygiene improvement initiatives across the workplace.
\nCollaborate with clinic staff\/Nurses to monitor health conditions and workplace sanitation.
\nOrganize SHE trainings and awareness sessions for employees.
\nEnsure employees understand their roles and responsibilities related to SHE
\nMaintain accurate records of incidents, sick leave, lost time accidents (LTA), PPE issuance, and risk assessments.
\nPrepare and submit regular SHE performance reports.<\/p>\n
About You
\nExperience & Qualifications<\/p>\n
Education:\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in nursing and occupational health & safety, Engineering, or a related field.
\nCertification:\u00a0NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent internationally recognized safety qualification is preferred.
\nIndustry Experience:\u00a04+ years in a high-risk operational environment, ideally within the beverage, FMCG, or logistics
