\nAnnual Budgeting:\u00a0Collaborating with the Finance Director to set realistic annual revenue targets and departmental goals.
\nSystem Reconciliation:\u00a0Ensuring the Property Management System (PMS) or sales software aligns perfectly with the accounting software.
\nYield Management:\u00a0Adjusting pricing strategies to ensure the company is maximising profit during peak demand and covering fixed costs during low periods.
\nDaily Revenue Reports:\u00a0Issuing a summary of the previous day\u2019s performance, including total sales and key performance indicators (KPIs).
\nMarket Share Analysis:\u00a0Reporting on how the company is performing against competitors, which helps finance assess the company’s overall market value.
\nMonth-End Closing:\u00a0Assisting the finance team during the month-end close by ensuring all pending revenue is accounted for and accurately categorised.
