Job Purpose<\/p>\n
The Project Manager is responsible for overall planning, coordination, and control of resources including labor, materials, and equipment. It ensures effective execution of project schedules, cost control, risk management,<\/p>\n
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects from initiation to completion. This includes ensuring that projects are executed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n
Strategic & Technical Leadership<\/p>\n
Lead the technical direction of all real estate development projects
\nAlign project execution with company strategy and investment objectives
\nProvide expert guidance on design, construction, and project delivery
\nEstablish technical standards, policies, and best practices
\nProject Oversight<\/p>\n
Oversee the full project lifecycle: planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover
\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
\nMonitor project performance and resolve technical and operational issues
\nReview and approve project plans, schedules, and budgets in consultation\/Final authorization of\/ with CEO
\nResource Utilization and Management<\/p>\n
Oversee Planning and allocation of technical resources across multiple projects
\nEnsure optimal utilization of engineers, architects, and consultants
\nProvide strategic oversight of procurement activities to ensure alignment with project timelines, budget, and technical requirements.
\nProvide oversight to ensure proper planning, control, and utilization of construction materials and equipment
\nOversee materials availability aligns with project schedules to avoid delays.
\nOversee proper storage, handling, and security of materials to minimize loss, damage, and wastage
\nOversee and coordinate with Store, Procurement, and Project teams to optimize material flow and usage
\nMonitor and evaluate the performance of direct reporting
\nDesign, Planning and Contract Management
\nOversee architectural and engineering design processes
\nApprove drawings, specifications, and BOQs in consultation with CEO
\nEnsure proper planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
\nOversee contract administration
\nQuality control and Risk Management<\/p>\n
Oversee the quality of work is maintained at all times, and that all building standards are met.Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and lead any changes to the project scope.
\nAbout You
\nQualifications:<\/p>\n
Education:\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Master\u2019s degree or PMP certification is preferred.
\nExperience:\u00a0At least 15 years in project management, with 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale real estate development projects.
\nSkills:<\/p>\n
Extensive experience in real estate development and project management.
\nStrong leadership and team management abilities.
\nExcellent budgeting, scheduling, and financial management skills.
\nProven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage complex projects.
\nStrong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
\nProficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
\nKnowledge of real estate regulations, safety standards, and building codes.
\nAbility to manage risks and make proactive adjustments to keep projects on track.
