Formal Education and knowledge:<\/p>\n
PhD in Agriculture, Crop Science
\nKnowledge and trainings in project management and result monitoring tools
\nProfessional Experience:<\/p>\n
15 years of professional experience and out of it 7years in project management\/coordination or similar experience;
\nbasic understanding and work experience in GIZ management tool, Onsite operations, GIZ result based model and \u201cCapacity Works\u201d are additional assets.
\ngood knowledge about Ethiopian agricultural sector and its institutional setup
\nexperience in leading the conceptualization, operational planning and implementation of project activities as per the project objectives
\nOther Qualifications:<\/p>\n
ability to understand complex interactions between different stakeholders and sectors;
\nlanguage skills: Fluent spoken and written skills in English and Amharic;
