Education:
\nA minimum of Master\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness, International Trade, or related field.
\nExperience:Minimum of 10 years of progressive professional experience for a Master\u2019s degree, or 8 years for a PhD, with at least 5 years in senior management or executive leadership roles.
\nProven experience in trade association management, export promotion, agribusiness, or private-sector development.
\nDemonstrated success in stakeholder engagement, policy advocacy, and organizational leadership.
\nTechnical Competencies:Strong understanding of Ethiopia\u2019s agricultural policies, particularly in the pulses and oilseed export sectors.
\nFamiliarity with international trade frameworks (GAFTA, FOSFA, AfCFTA, WTO).
\nExcellent communication skills in English and Amharic (both written and spoken).
\nProficiency in project management, financial oversight, and digital tools.
