Lead sales and market expansion activities in Oromia region
\nIdentify, recruit, and manage sales agents and local partners
\nConduct field visits, community engagement, and institutional outreach
\nDrive sales through direct selling, agent networks, and local activations
\nBuild relationships with local stakeholders (energy offices, MFIs, community leaders)
\nMaintain accurate customer records and sales tracking by using CRM tools or software
\nTrack sales performance and report regularly
\nGather and report market intelligence (pricing, competitors, customer needs)
\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)<\/p>\n
Regional sales target achievement
\nNumber of agents onboarded and activated
\nLead generation and conversion rate
\nRegional market segmentation, penetration and product positioning

\nQualifications & Requirements<\/p>\n
BA Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
\nMinimum 3+ years proven sales experience (preferably in solar, agriculture, or rural distribution markets)
\nFluent in Afan Oromo (Mandatory)
\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills
\nWillingness to travel frequently and work in field environments
\nResults-driven with strong execution discipline
\nProficiency in Amharic and English
\nAdditional Advantage<\/p>\n
Experience working with agent networks or rural distribution models
\nUnderstanding of microfinance, community sales, or development sectors
\nSales\/marketing certifications
\nGender Consideration<\/p>\n
