\u2022 Support implementation of learning and adaptation plans across programs

\no Quarterly and thematic learning reviews
\n\u2022 Capture learning questions, insights, and agreed adaptation actions

Development of Learning and Knowledge Products<\/p>\n
\u2022 Support development of learning and knowledge products, including:
\no Learning briefs and synthesis notes
\no Thematic insight summaries
\no Program reflection and adaptation notes
\n\u2022 Assist in synthesizing findings from:
\no Monitoring data
\no Evaluation results
\no Research studies
\no Field and partner feedback
\n\u2022 Ensure learning products are clearly written, evidence-based, and action-oriented<\/p>\n
Learning-Driven Research Support<\/p>\n
\u2022 Support the Manager in learning-driven and adaptive research activities
\n\u2022 Assist with:
\no Literature reviews and desk research
\no Tool development and data collection support
\no Basic data cleaning and analysis
\n\u2022 Help document research findings and link them to learning outputs<\/p>\n
Knowledge Management Systems and Documentation<\/p>\n
\u2022 Support operation and maintenance of knowledge management systems (e.g. SharePoint)
\n\u2022 Organize, upload, tag, and archive:
\no Learning products
\no Research and evaluation outputs
\no Tools, methodologies, and datasets
\n\u2022 Apply documentation standards, naming conventions, and version control
\n\u2022 Support onboarding and access to knowledge resources for staff and partners<\/p>\n
Integration with Digital MERL Systems<\/p>\n
\u2022 Support linking of learning and knowledge products to Digital MERL dashboards and datasets
\n\u2022 Assist in tagging, metadata assignment, and traceability between evidence and learning outputs
\n\u2022 Help identify gaps in documentation or knowledge capture<\/p>\n
Coordination and Knowledge Sharing<\/p>\n
\u2022 Coordinate with MERL, program, and operations teams to collect learning inputs
\n\u2022 Support internal knowledge-sharing activities and peer learning sessions
\n\u2022 Assist in preparation of learning materials for internal and donor engagements<\/p>\n
Support Communication and Visibility Support<\/p>\n
\u2022 Support development of communication materials for quarterly reports, impact snapshots, learning briefs, and social media.
\n\u2022 Support to Produce photo stories, short videos, testimonials, and infographics aligned with SAFEE branding and guidelines.
\n\u2022 Support documentation during events, workshops, field visits, and partner engagements.
\n\u2022 Produce human-interest stories, case studies, and profiles<\/p>\n

About You
\nEducation<\/p>\n
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Development Studies, Economics, Social Sciences, Knowledge Management, Public Policy, or a related field
\n\u2022 Master\u2019s degree in a relevant field is an advantage<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\u2022 Minimum 3\u20135 years of relevant experience in learning, MERL support, research support, or knowledge management roles
\n\u2022 Experience supporting learning processes or knowledge documentation is an advantage
\n\u2022 Exposure to donor-funded programs and evidence-based programming preferred
\n\u2022 Field experience is an asset<\/p>\n
Technical Skills<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources
\n\u2022 Strong writing and documentation skills
\n\u2022 Experience using document management systems (e.g. SharePoint)
\n\u2022 Familiarity with Digital MERL, MIS, or data systems is an advantage
\n\u2022 Basic research and data handling skills preferred<\/p>\n
