Professional Capacity
\nValid trade license in IT supply
\nTIN certificate
\nMinimum 3 years of experience
\nEconomic and Financial CapacityAverage annual turnover (last 2 years): minimum ETB 2,000,000
\nTechnical CapacityAt least 2 similar contracts in last 3 years
