Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
\nThe consultant will be responsible for managing and delivering all components of Phase I. Key responsibilities and deliverables include:<\/p>\n
Protocol Development and Regulatory ClearanceFinalize the research protocol
\nSecure ethical approval
\nObtain official access letters from relevant institutions, including the Ethiopian Pharmaceutical Supply Service (EPSS) and Regional Health Bureaus
\nDesk ReviewCompare the legacy facility list with the MFR database to determine the number of duplicate or lack correct identification of facilities.
\nAnalyze supply chain data to identify facilities previously receiving duplicate allocations
\nQualitative Data Collection
\nConduct key informant interviews (KIIs) with senior officials and program managers
\nConduct key informant interviews across MoH directorates, EPSS, EPHI, regulatory units, and other relevant bodies
\nAssess usability, perceived and potential benefits of the MFR system
\nPreliminary Analysis and Dissemination<\/p>\n
Conduct initial data analysis
\nPrepare and present preliminary findings from Phase I
\nAbout You
\nA minimum of Master\u2019s degree in Public Health or a related field
\nDemonstrated experience in qualitative research design, data collection, and analysis
\nStrong skills in research methodology, report writing, and literature review
\nSolid understanding of standard research procedures and ethics
\nProven ability to work independently and manage research activities
