Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fleet & Driver Management:\u00a0Plan daily truck movements, monitor fuel efficiency, and supervise driver performance and safety compliance.
\nMaintenance & Compliance:\u00a0Coordinate vehicle repairs\/servicing and ensure all trucks have valid licenses, insurance, and permits.
\nStore & Inventory:\u00a0Receive, inspect, and issue spare parts\/consumables; maintain accurate stock records (GRN\/GIN) and monitor reorder points.
\nReporting:\u00a0Prepare daily performance and inventory reports; reconcile physical stock with system records.
\nSkills & Competencies:<\/strong>
\nTechnical Knowledge:\u00a0Strong understanding of transport\/fleet operations and basic vehicle maintenance.
\nSystems:\u00a0Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with fleet tracking or inventory management software.
\nAdministration:\u00a0Excellent reporting, physical\/electronic filing, and documentation skills.
\nSoft Skills:\u00a0High level of integrity, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to manage drivers and mechanics.
