MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n

Conduct joint field visits regularly to assess field execution, provide feedback, and support representatives
\nMonitor KPIs, including call rate, coverage, frequency, and sales achievement; initiate action plans for underperformance
\nOrganize and lead regular cycle meetings, territory reviews, and performance appraisals
\nEnsure compliance with all internal SOPs and pharmaceutical marketing regulations
\nConducting market analysis to identify opportunities for increasing return on investment.
\nOverseeing successful product launches and crafting effective market positioning messages to differentiate products from competitors.
\nDeveloping comprehensive product strategies to drive sales growth and creating impactful promotional materials to support sales efforts.
\nProviding product training to sales teams to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to promote products effectively.
\nMonitoring market trends and competitor activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, and continuously evaluating the performance of products to make informed decisions that maximize profitability.
\nDevelop and create new and innovative promotional materials.
\nOrganize new product pre-launch and launch activities.
\nCreate and maintain relationships with (KOLs)
\nCreate a robust customer profile database and develop effective follow-up strategies to nurture leads, build stronger customer relationships, and drive business growth.
\nConduct market assessment for product trends and changes.
\nMake sure product availability on tenders of different stakeholders.
\nManages product flow
\nCollaborate with business development, operation department, and tender departments for the flow of the products.
\nCoordinates and develops marketing, sales, and financial plans for product line.
\nProvides financial and technical justification for product selection and definition.
\nPrepares market plan for focused products to obtain financial objectives.
\nDetermines the initial product purchase order quantities and a twelve-month moving forecast.
\nAssess, evaluate, select, and plan the type of promotional activities (CME, Grand rounds, annual conferences) to be conducted for product lines.
\nCoach & train the field staff (if required)
\nCo-travel with Medical representative and visit KOLs
\nDevelop a strategic direction and drive the development of the product portfolio.
\nAssess current market trends and competitors through usage data and customer feedback from existing products.
\nAssess the SWOT of the product line and guide the sales team to tap the opportunities and growth in the product sales.
\nProduct forecasting, new product pipeline strategy, new product pre-launch, launch strategy and post-launch, and new initiatives for product growth strategy.
\nArrange and use strategic market analysis to filter and improve strategic decisions about the product portfolio
\nDevelop the core positioning and messaging for the product
\nPrioritizing product features and capabilities.
\nDefines the product vision, product roadmap, and product positioning
\nCommunicates product vision to the marketing teams to obtain market share for the product
