Lead the national office space experience management function, ensuring overall business results of the IFM portfolio.
\nPlan, implement, and manage office space experience strategies to optimize employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
\nManage contract fulfillment, ensuring vendors and service providers meet agreed-upon standards and KPIs.
\nOversee onsite experience management, including monitoring day-to-day operations, addressing issues, and enhancing workspace utilization.
\nConduct risk management by identifying potential operational, safety, or compliance risks and implementing mitigation plans.
\nMonitor and control costs within the assigned local area, ensuring efficient resource allocation and budget adherence.
\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective facility solutions.
\nContinuously evaluate and improve processes, technology, and service delivery related to office space experience.

\nQualifications & Requirements:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
\nStrong understanding of IFM concepts and best practices.
\nProven experience in office space or facilities management, ideally in a multi-site or national context.
\nExcellent project management and organizational skills.
\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills to work with vendors, stakeholders, and teams.
\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and risk factors simultaneously.
\nExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
\nProficiency in Chinese is a plus\/preferred.
