Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Financial Management<\/p>\n

Record and track all bank transactions (incoming & outgoing payments)
\nMonitor company accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
\nFollow up on payments, transfers, and settlements
\nPrepare basic financial reports and summaries
\n2. Transaction & Documentation Control<\/p>\n

Maintain proper records of all transactions (financial & operational)
\nOrganize and update documentation related to trade activities
\nEnsure compliance with company procedures and basic trade regulations
\n4. Communication & Coordination<\/p>\n

Communicate with international suppliers and partners
\nCoordinate between Djibouti operations and Addis Ababa office
\nProvide regular updates and reports to management
\nWork Location<\/p>\n

About You
\nQualifications & Requirements<\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree in:Management
\nAccounting
\nFinance
\nBusiness Administration or related field
\nMinimum\u00a02+ years of relevant experience\u00a0in:Finance \/ Accounting
\nOperations Management
\nStrong understanding of:International trade processes
\nBanking transactions
