Key Responsibilities
\n1. Project Implementation and Coordination
\nCoordinate and supervise field-level implementation of all project activities under the guidance of the Project Manager.<\/p>\n
Prepare weekly and monthly work plans and ensure activities are executed according to plan.<\/p>\n
Ensure technical quality and compliance with project objectives, donor guidelines, and PIN standards.<\/p>\n
Coordinate logistics and procurement requests in collaboration with the project support team.<\/p>\n
Facilitate project launch, community mobilization, and training sessions at woreda and kebele levels.<\/p>\n
2. Stakeholder Engagement and Representation
\nMaintain strong coordination with woreda and kebele-level government offices (Agriculture, Water, and Administration).<\/p>\n
Ensure active participation of target communities and partners in planning and implementation.<\/p>\n
Represent the project in local coordination meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.<\/p>\n
3. Monitoring, Reporting, and Documentation
\nCollect and consolidate data from field activities in coordination with MEAL staff.<\/p>\n
Ensure accurate and timely reporting on progress, challenges, and lessons learned.<\/p>\n
Document case studies, best practices, and success stories from the field.<\/p>\n
4. Team Management and Capacity Building
\nSupervise and support field officers and community facilitators in planning and implementation.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular performance follow-ups, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching.<\/p>\n
Promote teamwork, accountability, and professional development among the field team.<\/p>\n
5. Cross-cutting Issues
\nEnsure gender equality, environmental sustainability, and inclusion are mainstreamed in all activities.<\/p>\n
Promote community feedback and response mechanisms (CFRM) and ensure issues are promptly addressed.<\/p>\n
Accountability and Safeguarding including Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (SEAH)<\/p>\n
Carry out the duties in accordance with the PIN Code of Conduct and Key policies.<\/p>\n
Participate in training and awareness raising (CoC and KP, Safeguarding\u2026).<\/p>\n
Ensure that his\/her team members attend training and awareness sessions and carry out the duties in accordance with PIN Code of Conduct and Key policies.<\/p>\n
Ensure that due diligence and\/or capacity assessments of partners include an assessment of partners\u2019 implementation of key safeguarding and risk policies\/ procedure including the prevention of SEAH.<\/p>\n
Create and maintain a fulfilling and protective environment.<\/p>\n
Other assignments corresponding to actual needs of the project, program or mission up on the request of line manager\/CMT member<\/p>\n
