{"id":31344,"date":"2026-04-16T13:45:13","date_gmt":"2026-04-16T10:45:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/beleqet.com\/vacancy\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=31344"},"modified":"2026-04-16T13:49:17","modified_gmt":"2026-04-16T10:49:17","slug":"kp-clinic-health-care-providers","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/beleqet.com\/vacancy\/job\/kp-clinic-health-care-providers\/","title":{"rendered":"KP clinic Health Care Providers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Coordinate and provide intensive SBCC including peer session and distribution of tailored SBCC material to FSWs and other KPPs<br \/>\nCoordinate and conduct local area hotspot mapping and identifying KPP<br \/>\nPerform HIV risk screening using standard tools<br \/>\nConduct community-based KPP focused HIV testing including HCT, self-test and referral linkage for treatment and additional services<br \/>\nPromote and distribute Condom for KPP<br \/>\nProvide late-hour services, as well as holiday and weekend prevention and clinical services to beneficiaries.<br \/>\nEnsures quality of peer-based group discussion in alignment with the national standards<br \/>\nOrganize mini outreach in hotspot areas and conduct awareness-raising sessions on PMTCT, ART, GVB, condom promotion and self-risk assessment for KPP<br \/>\nMake regular and successful referrals to health centers for ART, TB, GBV services, rape case services, and other complications.<br \/>\nEnsure that DIC equipment\u2019s and materials including audiovisual equipment are functional and maintained in good situation.<br \/>\nEnsure that beneficiaries follow the rules and regulations of KP clinic<br \/>\nCreate a conducive and healthy environment for FSW to access KP clinics.<br \/>\nRequest, collect and efficiently utilized health commodities from HO\/Hubs using standard formats.<br \/>\nEnsure that the KP clinic maintains enough stock (health commodity and supplies etc.) and request such materials in advance.<br \/>\nCapture regular service data using standard registers, DHIS2\/MRIS formats both electronically and in hard copies<br \/>\nReview and verify data on the biomedical and behavioral interventions<br \/>\nMaintain functionality smooth relationship of the referral systems between KP clinic &amp; network health facilities.<br \/>\nCreate and maintain partnership and collaboration with local stakeholders and partners for effective implementation of the KPP service provision and have a close working relationship with local public and private health facilities<br \/>\nCoordinate identification &amp;
