A. Educational Qualification<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
University Degree (BA\/BSc) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
\nB. Professional Experience<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and administration;
\nProven experience in financial management of development projects and programs;
\nExperience working with NGOs or International Organizations is highly desirable;
\nStrong knowledge of accounting software, particularly\u00a0Peachtree\u00a0(highly advantageous), QuickBooks, or similar systems;
\nGood understanding and experience in IPSAS (International Public Sector Accounting Standards) or other internationally recognized accounting standards;
\nHigh level of proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word) and experience with web-based management systems;
\nAbility to plan and prioritize work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
\nC. Languages<\/p>\n

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Amharic;
