Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Vehicle Management<\/p>\n
Conduct weekly and initial audits on all company and hired vehicles
\nMaintain an up-to-date vehicle register
\nEnforce company and client driving regulations
\nEnsure cleanliness and proper use of food transport vehicles
\nVerify drivers use appropriate PPE at all times
\nPPE Management<\/p>\n
Ensure all staff have and use appropriate PPE
\nInspect PPE regularly to confirm it meets required standards
\nControl PPE issuance and maintain proper records
\nReport and follow up on PPE non-compliance with HR
\nDocumentation & Reporting<\/p>\n
Maintain proper QHSE filing systems on site
\nUpdate daily, weekly, and monthly reports promptly
\nEnsure all records are properly documented and stored
\nOperations<\/p>\n
Conduct regular audits across F&B, accommodation, laundry, and maintenance
\nFollow up on corrective and preventive actions
\nParticipate in daily operations and team activities
\nOrganize toolbox talks and pre-shift meetings
\nSupport risk assessments and job hazard analysis
\nEnsure all chemicals have approved MSDS before use
\nEnsure staff undergo required medical examinations
\nConduct safety induction for new employees
\nMonitor product quality using approved procedures
\nTraining<\/p>\n
Conduct food safety and hygiene training
\nTrain staff on safe equipment usage and hazard identification
\nEnsure staff attend all required client trainings
\nMaintain updated training matrix and records
\nIdentify and address training needs
\nSupplier Management<\/p>\n
Audit suppliers and ensure compliance with standards
\nEnsure procurement is from approved suppliers only
\nFollow up on supplier corrective actions
\nWork with relevant departments on supplier management<\/p>\n
About You
\nQualifications and Requirements<\/p>\n
Minimum Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, or related field
\nMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience in QHSE-related role
\nIt\u2019s fine with me but emphasis that we require knowledge in food safety ISO 22000:2018 and ISO 9001:2015
\nKnowledge of occupational health & safety, food safety, and environmental practices
\nStrong verbal and written communication skills
\nAbility to work with teams and clients effectively
\nProactive, self-motivated, and confiden
\nGood observation and problem-solving skills
\nPhysically fit and able to pass medical examination
\nWillingness to learn and
