Key Roles and Responsibilities
\nStrategic Marketing Planning
\nDevelop and implement annual, quarterly, and project-based marketing strategies
\nBuild campaign plans aligned with sales targets
\nCreate go-to-market strategies for new project launches, open houses, and activation campaigns
\nDefine target audience segments, buyer personas, and positioning strategies
\nConduct competitor benchmarking and market trend analysis
\nLead Generation & Campaign Management
\nDesign and manage lead generation campaigns across online and offline channels
\nPlan and supervise digital and direct marketing activities
\nEnsure steady lead flow to the sales team while maintaining lead quality standards
\nBrand Management & Developer Representation
\nEnsure all visual and communication materials follow brand guidelines
\nManage marketing collateral including brochures, videos, project profiles, sales kits, and presentations
\nStrengthen and protect brand reputation in the market
\nSales Team Support
\nWork closely with sales teams to align campaigns with pipeline needs
\nDevelop promotional offers and conversion support materials
\nProvide campaign insights to improve lead nurturing and closing rates
\nSupport site visits, customer engagement, and event-based campaigns
\nDigital Presence & Content Management
\nManage website updates and content calendars
\nApprove creative content including captions, visuals, and video storytelling
\nEnsure regular publishing of project updates and construction progress
\nCoordinate with designers and content creators
\nPerformance Tracking & Reporting
\nTrack campaign KPIs and marketing performance
\nPrepare weekly and monthly reports
\nAnalyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
\nDevelop marketing insights and future action plans
\nTeam Leadership & Vendor Coordination
\nLead internal marketing team members
\nSet KPIs and monitor performance
\nCoordinate third-party vendors and partners
\nManage campaign budgets and vendor negotiations
\nSuccess in the Role
\nConsistent generation of qualified leads
\nIncreased brand visibility and market presence
\nStrong collaboration with sales and developer partners
\nEffective campaign execution and measurable ROI
\nHigh-performing and motivated marketing team
\nRequirements
\nBachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
\n5+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in real estate
\nStrong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation
\nExcellent leadership and communication skills
\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities
\nExperience managing teams and external vendors
\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven
