Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Lead the development of integrated annual implementation plans in close collaboration with government counterparts (Woreda Health Offices) and implementing partners.
\nConduct all activities planned for
\nPrepare and submit high-quality, integrated monthly, quarterly, and annual program reports detailing progress and performance against the project work plan.
\nPrepare monthly program plans to ensure the effective flow of activities.
\nProvide comprehensive technical guidance and oversight to Woreda Health Offices in all CGPP program including Maternal, Newborn, Child Health (MNCH) and Nutrition, and Health Security components.
\nActively support Woreda Health Offices in use of DHIS2 data for performance review, evidence-based decision-making, and accurate reporting.
\nAssist Woreda Health Office in conducting joint, integrated supportive supervision across the target health facilities.
\nConduct follow-up activities to Woredas, health facilities, and communities for program monitoring.
\nRegularly document best practices, success stories, and lessons learned
\nAbout You
\nBSc\/HO in Public Health with a minimum of 5 years\u2019 proven work experience preferably in NGO and MCH & nutrition projects.
\nDemonstrable experience in working with communities, and knowledge of participatory approaches
\nExtensive Knowledge and experience in primary health care system.
\nStrong knowledge on monitoring and evaluation and report writing,
\nAbility to plan and organize work to meet individual, team and programme objective,
\nTraining and facilitation skill,
\nAbility to effectively liaise with government, donors, NGOs, community leaders and other stakeholders,
\nFosters working in teams & teamwork spirit,
\nVery good knowledge and practice of computer application,
\nExcellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
