Ensure the financial health of the company and properly control operational costs

\nRequired Qualifications and Skills<\/p>\n

Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree (minimum) in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (Master\u2019s degree preferred)
\nExperience:
\nMinimum of 8\u201310 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or business organizations
\nAt least 4 years in a senior managerial position is preferred
\nIntegrity: Highly trustworthy, free from corruption and malpractice, and compliant with laws and regulations
\nSkills: Strong problem-solving, strategic leadership, and financial analysis capabilities
\nLanguage: Excellent written and spoken proficiency in Amharic and English
