Job Description of Senior Surveyor<\/strong><\/p>\n

Conduct land and site surveys using modern surveying equipment and techniques
\nPrepare and maintain accurate survey data, maps, and reports
\nSupervise and guide junior surveyors and field staff
\nEnsure all surveying activities comply with legal and regulatory standards
\nCollaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers
\nAnalyze survey data and provide recommendations for project planning
\nMonitor project progress and ensure alignment with survey plans

\nQualifications and Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field
\nMinimum of 8 years of relevant experience (preferably in senior role)
\nProficiency in surveying tools (Total Station, GPS, GIS software, AutoCAD, etc.)
\nStrong leadership and communication skills
\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
\nFamiliarity with local land regulations and standards
\nProfessional certification\/license is an
