Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial records.<br \/>\nPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.<br \/>\nManage accounts receivable and accounts payable cycles.<br \/>\nReview and post journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger adjustments.<br \/>\nMonitor cost allocations, inventory accounting, and product costing in coordination with supply chain and production teams.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with Ethiopian tax laws (VAT, WHT, Payroll Tax, Corporate Income Tax).<br \/>\nSupport external audits and coordinate with auditors.<br \/>\nAssist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and variance analysis.<br \/>\nMaintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.<br \/>\nStrengthen internal controls and improve financial processes.<br \/>\nSupport management with ad-hoc financial reports and analysis.<br \/>\nAbout You<br \/>\n<strong>Qualifications &amp;
