Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Lead end-to-end in-store customer management: Oversee customer reception, demand analysis, tailored service solutions, and follow-up from check-in to vehicle handover. Resolve inquiries promptly to boost conversion rate and enhance service experience.<\/p>\n
Manage customer satisfaction and retention: Establish feedback mechanisms, handle complaints, optimize service processes, maintain customer profiles, and organize care activities to drive referrals and reduce churn.<\/p>\n
Execute offline customer expansion: Develop local customer resources including car owners, corporate clients, fleet operators, and channel partners. Launch localized acquisition activities to increase visibility and footfall.<\/p>\n
Oversee key account operation: Manage development, negotiation, and long-term maintenance of key accounts (corporate fleets, rental\/logistics fleets, government clients). Coordinate internal resources to ensure service quality and efficiency.<\/p>\n
Track performance and analyze data: Formulate customer development and satisfaction improvement plans aligned with business targets. Monitor operational metrics, prepare analysis reports, and recommend actionable optimizations.<\/p>\n
Conduct cross-functional coordination: Collaborate with front desk, technicians, and spare parts teams to ensure smooth service operations. Supervise service standards and maintain brand image in all customer-facing activities.

\nJob Requirements<\/p>\n
Minimum of 5 years\u2019 proven experience in automotive after-sales service, auto workshop, car dealership, customer management, or sales management roles.<\/p>\n
Strong communication, business development, cross-team coordination, and commercial negotiation skills.<\/p>\n
High sense of responsibility, result-oriented mindset, and ability to work under performance pressure.<\/p>\n
Familiarity with workflows of customer reception, relationship maintenance, business expansion, and complaint handling.<\/p>\n
Candidates with existing local customer, fleet, or corporate client resources will be prioritized.<\/p>\n
